Lee Silverstein, DDS, MS, FACD, FICD is an Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontics at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He has lectured both nationally and internationally on the topics of periodontics, dental implantology, bone grafting and suturing. Having had over 100 journal articles and 8 textbook chapters published, he has contributed extensively to the literature available on these topics.

Dennis Flanagan, DDS is board certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology and the American Board of General Dentistry. He is a Master in the AGD, a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has published more than thirty articles in the dental literature, is an editor for Oakstone Medical Publishing and an attending dentist for the US Olympic Committee. Emma Galvan, BBM, DDS graduated with a Bachelor in Business Management in 1990 from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1998 with her Doctor in Dental Surgery. Dr. Galvan is on the Board for the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry. Raymond van Gennip, DDS, MSD was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands where he received his first dental degree from the University of Amsterdam in 1984. He attained his second Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and his Masters in Periodontics in 1997, both from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
