Today I successfully completed my first ridge expansion with immediate placement of a 3.0mm x 12.0mm internal BioHorizons implant precisely as outlined in your extraordinary ADE cadaver courses and publication, Hard Tissue Regeneration and Implant Therapy. I used a small and medium D shaped Tatum bone spreader and two sinus osteotomes to prepare the osteotomy. I placed an Alloderm membrane over the implant to increase the amount of keratinized tissue.
